Individual Consultations

Brenda Cobb, Founder & Director of LFI and Jane Holmes, Living Foods Center Director, offer individual, private consultations to help you get on track with your own health plan and personal health goals. These in-depth consultations are conducted  by telephone. This is a great way to get started even before you come to your first class. Also included is a detailed recommendation for your daily food intake, cleansing and rebuilding program.

The cost for individual consultations is $90 per 1/2 hour or $150.00 per hour.
